This past Thursday I received an e-mail from Phipps Conservatory announcing their spring show starting this past Saturday (March 15). I was soo excited because I've been wanting to go back but have been waiting for their spring flowers. So the plan was to go down there Saturday. Well, Saturday morning came around and we did our running around and when we got back we ended up doing some spring cleaning in the kitchen. It started with cleaning out the fridge before putting the groceries away, which then turned into cleaning the pantry and then under the sink... so by the time that was done it was mid afternoon and we decided we'd just go to Phipps on Sunday.
Its pretty typical that in the evening when Jason gets on the computer Diego decides its cuddle time and jumps into Jason's lap. Normally its no big deal, he sits nicely in his lap. But once and a while he feels the need get in Jason's face (as if he's not getting enough attention) or to climb all over him .... which is what he did Saturday night. Does he think he can perch on his shoulder like a parrot??

It didn't take long for Jason's arm to start hurting from the weight of our very large cat.... So to Diego's dislike, he had to settle for Jason's lap. (I think this upset him and he went to the couch soon after!)
