This past weekend was the scrapbooking retreat and one of my projects that I talked about in a previous post was to weave 2 photos together. Well, I attempted it and I did it! It took some time to get it all ready esp. cutting the strips in 1/2 in strips when my cutting machine has a big plastic strip that is wider than 1 in! haha. But I figured it all out and put it together. To keep it together I had to tape it down to a piece of card stock.


Overall I was very happy with the way it turned out. The problem I did run into is that since the original photos had a small white border, it made it easier to see that the strips didn't completely line up when the white line didn't line up properly. So on my next photo that I weave, I'll be making sure to cut that white border off!
