Man of the house
I have admit to the world... I have a wonderful husband! (who I've trained well! haha) As I'm sitting here typing this up, wonderful aromas are coming from the kitchen... he's making baked ravioli with a spicy meat sauce. YUM! It smells wonderful! Not only did I get lucky enough to have a wonderful meal prepared for me tonight, he also cleaned the kitchen!
I do have to say, I'm very lucky to have a husband who cooks and cleans with me and even for me when I'm injured. I slipped on the ice outside of our apartment today on my way to pick him up. When we got home he immediately started cleaning and cooking! I didn't even have to ask him. :)
How sweet. :)
Ok, enough gushy stuff.... hehe, and on to the update of last night. It was fun. We were going to try this pizza place we heard about called Motown Pizza. Every time someone heard we're from Detroit they told us to go check this place out. So we finally decided to... except that when we got there we saw that they shut down the place. So we had to find somewhere else to go. We ended up at a place called Moe's Southwest Grill. Its pretty much a Qdoba, but just not as good. We then headed over to the "dollar theater" to see The Bee Movie. Its not exactly a dollar theater since the tickets don't cost $1.. but they did only cost 1.50 and then on Fridays, sat and Sundays they cost 2. And if you go on a Tuesday its only 50cents! So we'll definitely go back there soon! That is the way to see a movie! haha. The Bee Movie was really cute. I really liked it. Jason didn't seem to like it as much, but still agreed it was cute. :)
Well thats all for now. Dinner smells fantastic and I'm hoping its done really soon!
