This past weekend my mom came into town to visit. The plan was to do a ton of scrapbooking but that didn't exactly happen... mostly because of this awesome deal that Jason found. Saturday morning he went out to her car to get the card table for her and he happened to see a note posted on our bulletin board for a 5 piece cherry entertainment center with TV and VCR for $100. So of course it sounded to good to be true and we had to at least go see it! When we went up to the lady's apartment to see it we were amazed at what a steal it was! So of course we told the lady selling it we'd take it! She was moving to a smaller apartment and didn't need it anymore and didn't want to move it. She was ready for us to move it later that afternoon. So between going to lunch and a couple scrapbook stores and moving our new entertainment center, most of the day was gone. Below is a picture of the entertainment center in our bedroom. Theres also a little corner shelf unit off to the right that's not in the picture.

We think it looks really good in the bedroom. I was very happy to be replacing the small 15 inch tv that we were using in the bedroom with the 27 inch tv that came with the new entertainment center. It makes it much easier to see it at night! I now have some decorating to do on all those empty shelves! That will be my project for this weekend. :)

On a side note, I found Diego under the table resting across the 2 chairs, it seemed to fit him quite well! Isn't he cute! :)
